Vitamin E helps reduce oxidative damage.
INGREDIENTS
500 mg of fish oil with 55% Omega 3 fatty acids (33% EPA, 22% DHA), 10 mg of vitamin E, gelatin, glycerin.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Take 2 to 4 capsules daily, with a large glass of water, preferably before main meals.
