Application and consumption recommendation

The recommended intake is 3 x 2 capsules daily with sufficient liquid. It is advisable to spread the intake evenly throughout the day. Swallow the capsules whole with a glass of water. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

The oligomeric proanthocyanidins are present as MegaNatural-BP grape seed extract from the Vitis vinifera plant and are standardized to phenols and OPCs.
