EvoTears OMEGA

Description
Medical device consisting of a water-free liquid eye drop, free of antimicrobial preservatives and phosphates.
Contains perfluorohexiloctane (EyeSol) with 0.2% omega-3 fatty acids.
It stabilizes the lipid layer of the tear film and reduces the evaporation of the aqueous phase beneath it. It lubricates and protects the ocular surface and therefore relieves the symptoms associated with dry eye, such as burning, itching, pain and foreign body sensation.

How to use
Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor or pharmacist, apply 1 drop to the lower eyelid 4 times a day. It can be used daily as it does not contain antimicrobial preservatives.
Due to its specific properties, EvoTears omega works differently from traditional eye drops. Therefore, we recommend that you read these instructions carefully before use.
1. Unscrew the cap of the eye drops.
2. Remove the sealing ring from the cap before the first application of EvoTears omega.
3. Avoid touching the pipette tip to your skin, eyes, or eyelashes after removing the cap.
4. Before applying the eye drops, to avoid loss of solution, carefully read and follow points 5 and 6.
5. Hold the open vial with the pipette tip pointing upwards and gently squeeze the vial with your thumb and forefinger.
6. Before bringing the bottle to your eye, hold the pipette tip down and invert it. Then immediately release the pipette to release the pressure. This allows air to pass through the liquid and into the bottle. Leave the bottle with the pipette tip down.
7. Tilt your head back slightly and gently pull down on your lower eyelid.
8. Hold the open bottle upside down, vertically above the eye. Gently squeeze the bottle and apply one drop to each eye.
9. After application, close your eyes to evenly distribute EvoTears omega.
10. After use, close the bottle with the cap.

warnings
It should not be used in case of hypersensitivity (allergy) to the components perfluorohexiloctane and omega-3 fatty acids.
Use this product with caution if used concomitantly with other ophthalmic medications. If using any other treatment, it is advisable to wait at least 15 minutes between applications.
If you wear contact lenses, do not use EvoTears omega, as there is insufficient data available on the product's compatibility with contact lens materials.
Keep out of sight and reach of children.

Conservation
Do not store above 25°C.
Shelf life of intact packaging: 24 months.
Shelf life after opening: 2 months.
