Bronchipret TP, 20 tablets, Bionorica

Bronchipret TP is a herbal medicine used for productive coughs to improve mucus expectoration.

If you do not feel better or feel worse after 1 week, you should consult a doctor.

Composition:

• The active ingredients are: 60 mg of extract (as a dry extract) of Primula veris L./Primula elatior (L.) Hill, radix (cuckoo root) (6 - 7:1). Extraction solvent: ethanol 47.4% (V/V). 160 mg of extract (as a dry extract) of Thymus vulgaris L./Thymus zygis L., herba (thyme herb) (6 - 10:1). Extraction solvent: ethanol 70% (V/V)
• The other ingredients are: microcrystalline cellulose; Lactose monohydrate; glucose, liquid, spray-dried; colloidal silicon dioxide anhydrous; polyacrylate dispersion 30%; crospovidone; hypromellose; talc; povidone K25; magnesium stearate; titanium dioxide (E171); propylene glycol; mint flavor; gum arabic; maltodextrin; lactose; copper chlorophyllin (E141); glucose syrup; sodium saccharin; simethicone; dimethicone; riboflavin (E101).

How to use:

• Always take this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you
• Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you have any questions
• Adults: 1 film-coated tablet 3 times daily (maximum 3 film-coated tablets per day)
• Take Bronchipret TP tablets without chewing before meals, with a sufficient amount of fluid (preferably a glass of water)
• If symptoms persist while using this medicine for more than 1 week, contact a doctor or other healthcare professional
• There are insufficient data on the recommended dose in patients with impaired renal/hepatic function
• This medicine is not recommended for use in children and adolescents under 18 years of age.

Contraindications:

Do not take Bronchipret TP if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to the active substances, to other plants of the Lamiaceae family, or to any of the other ingredients of this medicine.

Pregnancy, breastfeeding, and fertility

• Safety during pregnancy has not been established. In the absence of sufficient data, use during pregnancy is not recommended
• It is not known whether the active ingredients of Bronchipret TP or its metabolites are excreted in breast milk
• Therefore, Bronchipret TP should not be used during breastfeeding.

Driving and using machines

• Bronchipret TP has no or negligible influence on the ability to drive or use machines.
