Description

How to use
Dissolve the powder in a quantity of liquid (water, tea, herbal tea) commensurate with the desired consistency.
The liquid must not exceed room temperature.
For better mixing it is preferable to use a blender.
Let it rest for a few minutes.
It is necessary to take the preparation slowly.
Quantity: considering that the average daily protein requirement is around 1g/kg of ideal body weight, the maximum recommended intake (3 sachets) is 45g which represents approximately 60% of the requirement of a 70kg individual.
During low-calorie diets, the calculation of the proteins to be administered daily is up to the doctor, taking into account the starting condition and the objectives to be achieved.
