Administration method:
For adults, the recommended dose is 3-6 capsules per day, 1-2 capsules after each meal, with a sufficient amount of liquid, in prolonged courses. A break of 1 month is recommended every 6 months of uninterrupted use.

Ingredients:
216 mg N-acetyl-D-glucosamine, 54 mg hydroethanolic extract from soybeans (Glycine max) of which 48.6 mg tosterols
Other ingredients: vegetable capsule - hydroxypropylmethylcellulose
