100 mg Blueberry - dried fruit - powder (Vaccinium myrtillus L), 75 mg White mulberry - dried leaves - powder (Morus alba L), 50 mg Beans - dried pods - powder (Phaseolus vulgaris), 25 mg Birch - dried leaves - powder (Betula sp.), corn starch, maltodextrin (bulking agent), polyvinylpyrrolidone K30, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (emulsifiers), talc (anti-caking agent), magnesium stearate (hardening agent).

How to use:

• Depending on the blood sugar level, the dose used varies between 2 and 6 tablets per day
• 2 tablets: 1 tablet with each main meal (when the blood sugar level is between 120 and 150 mg/dl)
• 4 tablets: 1 tablet with each of the 3 main meals and 1 tablet with the 11 o'clock snack (when the blood sugar level is between 150 and 200 mg/dl)
• 6 tablets: 1 tablet with each of the 3 main meals and with each of the 3 snacks (when the blood sugar level is higher than 200 mg/dl).
• The product does NOT contain lactose!
