How to use:

1. Place the baby on the changing table and raise his head.
2. Instill saline or diluted isotonic saline into each nostril of the baby to facilitate aspiration of secretions.
3. Insert the mouthpiece into your mouth.
4. Insert the nasal applicator into one of the baby's nostrils and suck.
5. Repeat for the other nostril.
