Application note:

Irritated, dry, and itchy skin can have various causes, such as atopic dermatitis, allergic skin reactions, and other skin irritations. These skin conditions are characterized by a disrupted skin barrier, which normally protects the skin from harmful environmental substances. When this barrier is compromised, allergens can penetrate the skin and trigger an immune response, leading to redness and intense itching.

Operating principle:
Policalm Cream stabilizes the damaged skin barrier, removes dead skin cells from the top layer of skin, and provides moisture and natural nourishing lipids. This leads to the relief of skin irritations, redness, and itching. The urge to scratch subsides, and skin regeneration is supported.

Policalm cream is free from perfume, mineral oils, dyes and silicone compounds and is therefore well tolerated.

Active ingredients:
Polidocanol + Urea + Menthol

Polidocanol:

• possesses a local anesthetic effect
• It is effective externally for itching

Urea:

• binds moisture in the skin
• supports the exfoliation of rough skin

Menthol:

• Its cooling effect reduces the sensitivity of itch receptors.
