Orthomol i-CAre is a dietary supplement with secondary plant substances, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins and trace elements.

The term "secondary plant compounds" encompasses numerous different compounds produced by plants. These include, for example, carotenoids and citrus bioflavonoids, which occur naturally in our food.

Omega-3 fatty acids, which are abundant in fish oil, include in particular docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA). These are polyunsaturated fatty acids that are, among other things, components of cell membranes.

Vitamin A, vitamin B2, biotin and niacin contribute to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes (e.g., oral mucosa).

Vitamin B12, vitamin B6, vitamin B2, vitamin C, pantothenic acid, folic acid, niacin and magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Application:

Stir the contents of one sachet (= daily portion) into 150-200 ml of still water or fruit juice daily and take with or after a meal together with the capsules.
